"After transferring to Tony Pope's office, I know exactly why he's got a 5 star rating!! He's got some personable & helpful staff members from secretaries to sales people. I've been nothing but pleased since I first started to inquire awhile back on an agent change. Since May, I've had major billing issues. I'm in insurance myself & it was really hard to tack down what was going on with my former agent. However, I got in touch with Stephanie Thomas one day & she was on it before I think I even got transferred to this office. In my 15 years of professional work, I've never seen someone handle an arduous situation with such aptitude. She sent me the most detailed breakdown I've ever seen of any bill, policy, etc. Seriously, I've see few people that can even do math anymore much less compute data like that. I am a customer that's rarely ever been in contact with my insurance agent. But this was an important issue to me & I'm so grateful I could get this type of detailed assistance finally. "Tony pope an their insurance crew decided out of nowhere one day that I owed them over $500 and if I didn't pay them within 30 days my insurance was going to be canceled and they literally couldn't even tell me why I owed it. The lady that works there told me to not pay it and hold off until she can figure out what the hell it was for well guess what that would have ended up in me having my insurance canceled so I paid it and this was right literally before Christmas and they still to this day have not given me a straight answer on what that was about."
